There is no ‘ideal’ shape or weight or personality for yoga – it is a personal exploration of everything that you are, right in this moment.
Our classes look to create a supportive, welcoming space for you to practice, learn, come together as a community. A place to find fitness and fulfillment through the teachings of yoga.
Our flowing yoga classes are based in the hatha / vinyasa flow styles, but incorporate aspects of many different yoga teachings which have inspired my own practice. We look at movement, breath and energy to create a full experience for body, mind and spirit. Fitness, strength and flexibility – inside and out.
