Having lived and worked in the city for nearly a decade, time and opportunity arose for Lucy to follow her dream of teaching yoga to promote better health, happiness and fulfilment in others. Qualified yoga teacher, psychotherapist and hypnobirthing teacher, she writes, runs classes and workshops which encourage people to connect to the innate beauty and power of their own bodies and minds, empowering positive personal growth, motivation and joy.

Lucyogini yoga classes are for every body; there is no ‘ideal’ shape or weight or personality for yoga – it is a personal exploration of everything that you are, right in this moment. Our classes and workshops look to create a supportive, welcoming space for you to practice, learn, come together as a community. A place to find fitness and fulfilment through the teachings of yoga.
Our flowing yoga classes are based in the hatha / vinyasa flow styles, but incorporate aspects of many different yoga teachings which have inspired my own practice. We look at movement, breath and energy to create a full experience for body, mind and spirit. Fitness, strength and flexibility – inside and out.
Lucy completed her yoga teacher training under the inspiring guidance of Gemma Mallol and Marcela Enriquez Wakeham of Still Flowing Yoga.
She has attended workshops all over the world and continues to study, train and practice daily – it’s a life-long journey.
